3.1. Creating Tours on the Mobile App
Log-in to the Docusketch app.
- Refer to Accessing the Mobile App from Related Pages.
Connect the device to the camera.
- Refer to Setting & Connecting to MadVenture/XiaoMi or Ricoh Theta from Related Pages.
Press "New" to create a new tour.
Input the tour name and address.
Pick either indoor or outdoor.
Select floor and room.
Select image type based on the type of camera used.
Position the camera closest to the center of the room as possible. Click on the icon and take a photo of the room.
Save Panorama if satisfied with the shot.
Select Retake if you wish to retake the photo
Tap anywhere on the panorama to add a hotspot.
Make sure to add a hotspot to where the next image is located.
Click on Set Hotspot when done.
You may now choose whether to set the Hotspot to a new room or set the Hotspot to existing room.
Selecting Hotspot to a new room would take you back to the image information screen. Remember to reposition the camera after filling out this page or before clicking on the Picture button.
Selecting Hotspot to existing room allows you to connect the hotspot to an image you have already taken.
Select Finish Tour when you have completed creating the tour.
Upload tour by clicking on the tour option button.
Click on Upload Tour to upload the tour to the cloud.
Note:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet before uploading the tour.
- You may switch off the camera before uploading the tour.
- You may also leave the tour on the app until you get to your home or office to connect to the internet and upload the tour.
- It is recommended that no interruption occurs when uploading the tour. This could damage some of the images on the tour.
