1.1. OnePoint Inpections

In this module, we will go through a quick overview of the OnePoint app and how to ultimately Import the inspection to DocuSketch.

A. Here you see the inspection creation screen. This is where you create a new inspection for job.

B. In this screen, you see how to add comments to an inspection.

C. You may review your inspection through this screen. See if you need to make changes or amendments to the inspection comments.

D. Once you have everything in place, you may now click or tap the import inspection button (DocuSketch button) on the upper right center of the OnePoint app.

This should create a blank tour on the DocuSketch app with blank rooms or areas containing the comments made in OnePoint.

the user can:
- import an inspection which creates a blank tour on the DocuSketch app.
- Go back to the inspection and add more comments and areas.
- Invoke export again and the tour will be amended with the updated comments.
- repeat these steps until completed

What users can’t do after the tour is uploaded:
- import the same inspection which creates a blank tour.
- upload this tour
- go back to inspection and add more comments and areas
- invoke export again when there are changes to the inspection comments
Here they will get a message prompt that says “Sorry, tour has already been uploaded and can’t be updated by inspection”.
